For windows 7 you need to install using compatibility mode.
DeleteRight click on the driver file select PROPERTIES - COMPATIBILITY and tick the box "run this program in compatibility mode for" select Windows Vista.
After that right click and select run as admin. wait until it finish install.
report back the progress, if failed we need to test with other drivers.
