Need help in Downgrading Vista to XP or Windows 2003 in my HP DV5 1007-AX model laptop.
First i never try install XP in this machine since most of my costumer using Compaq CQ and Acer so i need to know few details:
1. Did you try to install XP normally mean boot from cd normally.

i have reformat 2 laptop CQ20-214TU from vista to xp and all driver have been install left 1 unknown device. Any idea what the unknown device is?
for the second laptop is V3754TU left high definition audio bus. but i managed to install the audio driver and is working well. for this laptop left 1 audio driver and 1 unknown driver.
Any advice?
normally if all the function working the driver left won't affect your system. But sure completing the installation of the driver left maje use feel good too. I will inform back after i got the proper driver

XP Prof On CQ 40-425TU "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" missing driver can be solved by updating the following driver file after unziping.I tryed so many driver files finaly susceed by this.
