HP G5000 Windows XP Driver

Model : HP G5000
Family : HP G notebook PC

HP listed few windows XP drivers for this model which is audio, modem and hp wireless assistant. So i recreate the list by adding other drivers which also available from HP website.

  2. Hello Aziz! I've got HP Pavilion G5000 (GF772EA#AKD) with Windows XP. Unfortunately, Conexant Audio Driver isn't working. Could you give me alternative driver? Tkank you.

    1. Your model is a HP G5000 series and your actual model number is HP G5051EA

      Normally this happen if you are using Windows XP SP3. Uninstall the audio patch (Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture - MS-UAA) above because it only support windows xp with SP1 or SP2.

      Now download the MS-UAA for SP3 here:

      If you are using SP1 or SP2. Open C:/Swsetup/sp32646.exe and look for win XP folder. You will see 2 folder, each folder contain UIU32.exe try to run both to install the audio.

      Lastly if still not solve, look at the device manager, you will see devices marked with yellow. Get the hardware ID and post it here.
