      HP universal 2mp webcam

you may need to install cyberlink youcam as the application to use the cam:
      Cy7berlink youcam 2.0

alternatively to install the webcam driver, open device manager by click start and on the search box type DEVMGMT.MSC and press enter. There look for USB VIDEO, right click and select UPDATE DRIVER, select automatically find drivers - make sure you have Internet connection, when HP webcam appear select and install.

    1. There are no DVD driver available because it is automatically install together with windows installation. If the DVD didn't show up i means there are problem with registry or windows installation.

Right click on the downloaded file, select properties then COMPATIBILITY. Set to "run this program in compatibility mode for" WINDOWS VISTA. APPLY and OK.

    1. Well this problem is common and only few solution available, and I still wondering the best solution beside replacing with new DVD device. However 2 things you can do, but it is not easy though. First take your DVD from your laptop (you need to unscrew one screw at the back of your laptop and pull the DVD player out). turn on your laptop without the DVD player. AFter that shut down and put back the DVD player, if you laptop does not recognize new hardware then open device manager and right click anywhere, then select scan for hardware changes.

If that does not work, the last thing I would recommend is to reinstall windows and it is better to try with different version of windows 7 such as form premium to professional or SP2.
