    Hi!
    I have turned the internet upside down searching for these drivers, since that is not an official OS version for my netbook model; to the point that im trying to create a usb to install xp but that doesnt work either...
    So, my problem is Asus EEE PC 900 and Windows 7, that lacks wireless driver and graphic driver (= no wireless and screen looking like a pancake). If anybody can help that would be completely fantastic...

      Thanks a lot! I already thought that such drivers simply didnt exist. I dont have much luck though, since neither of them works. I wish i knew what im doing wrong - I tried to install graphic drivers from all 3 mirrors, but in all 3 I got that a file is missing or corrupted, and then my attempt with wireless ended with the driver proclaiming that i dont have the device plugged in. Which is weird since i used to have the wireless with the original (and quite irritating) OS for the netbook....

      There is another option to get the driver, get me the hardware ID so i can locate the drivers that have the compatible ID with your devices.

      First, sorry for my late answer! I have found the hardware IDs -

      For the graphic it is intel 910/915GMS graphic, to install it follow my guide here:(manual installation)
      http://laptop-driver.blogspot.com/2009/12/mobile-intelr-915gmgms910gml-driver-for.html, you can also get the latest windows XP or windows vista driver from intel website and install it manually using same method.

      For the ACPI\ASUS010 just right click on it and select update - select automatically. If not work, download this driver:

      Version 1.0.0.1

      extract it, right click on acpi and update driver, pointed to the extracted folder.

      This one worked! Now my screen doesnt look like a pancake any more. And this was the only solution from I dunno how many I have tried from the web, so Thank you so much!!!
      Now I just have the wireless problem left, but with that one I have to try first figure out what problem I have with the hardware first. So I guess I will be back :))

      ...unfortunately run into problem with the acpi driver. When I run update driver, it doesnt find it, and when I try to install it directly, it says it doesnt support this OS: WNT_6.0P_32_MCE
      Anything else I could try to do?

      1. extract/unzip the driver file (using winrar etc)
      2. right click on acpi and select update driver.
      3. Select Browse My computer for Device Driver.
      4. Click browse and point to the extracted driver folder.
      5. Continue with on screen instruction.

      hi sypul, normally for 478 socket they only use intel chipset, intel or realtek lan, intel integrated graphic and realtek alc audio driver. So here is the list for the 845 series mainboard driver.

      There are wide range of Toshiba satellite L735 such as toshiba satellite L735-S3210 (almost 50 of them). The easiest way to locate the right driver is to provide hardware ID for the missing driver. To do that can follow my tutorial here

      DV6602AU is a vista base model which mean it released to be used with windows vista. Normally when using windows 8 for vista base model all driver installed automatically. But the thing that may not install is chipset and graphic.

      Graphic:
      Your model use Nvidia Geforce go 7150M which the driver available for windows xp, vista and windows 7. From my experience windows 7 driver work just fine with windows 8 driver, here is the driver link:

      Choipset:
      In device manager the chipset will be marked with YELLOW (?). the name normally refer to SMbus controller. to install it we use the original vista driver from hp, download and ectract it using winrar(don't run).       Hi Black,
      I tried this driver but it hasn't worked. I slipsteamed it into an XP disc but the installation gets as far as rebooting after installing the installation files and then keeps repeating this part of the process. I've also tried a Vista installation with the SATA drivers on a USB drive but the installation doesn't recognise the drivers at all. Help!!

      first let start with the sata driver. before we proceed, read here to identify the chipset:

      I believe i give the wrong sata (which is nvidia) and AMD suit your laptop spec. btw sry for my late reply

      there are other way,
      1. install windows 7 (trial is ok), install cpu-z and get the chipset.

      driver integration options-textmode driver

      3. For vista installation, no slipstream needed, direct install will do (using DVD/CD not usb)

      Hi Black,
      I've tried installing both Vista and Windows 7 and both get to a point where they tell me that they cannot find a drive into which to install and to select the relevant driver. I've directed both to a USB drive containing the files that you have provided but it says that neither are compatable with the hardware. ironically enough, when I browse to the USB drive, the C drive is shown in the list!
      I've also slipsteamed a Windows XP disc with the drivers that you recommended but this gets to the point of re-booting after copying the installation files and then rather than show the XP installation screen, it goes straight back to copying the installation files (blue screen) and repeatedly cycles to this point?
      I really have run out of ideas!
      Any suggestions?

      Hi paul,
      1. I think your DVD/ROM is faulty and strongly recommend you to install windows 7 using USB. I got the same problem too "no hdd/partition to install" and when browse the c partition is there. It happened to me earlier this year. To make bootable ISO use windows 7 usb/dvd tools.

      2. The BSOD error normally refer to 0x0000007B BSOD error. It indicate wrong sata driver.

      Important thing to know is:
      1. You don't need sata driver to install win 7/vista for this model.
      2. If the are SATA MODE in BIOS, you can try to change either AHCI or IDE mode see if there are progress.
      3. I prefer to run windows 7 for this model/unless you prefer XP. (both are good OS - avoid windows vista)

      To summarize:
      1. Try install windows 7 using USB, using windows 7 USB DVD tools.
      2. Or you can get external DVD rom to install it.
      (note that if you change boot order to install, change it back after first restart during the installation process).
      3. advance - you can try install linux such as ubuntu to identify the chipset.

      For now i suggest we try to get any OS installed first and avoid Xp first cause it's very rare people success install "XP slipstream " with first try.

      Hi paul,
      1. DId you see any configuration in BIOS - STA/AHCI mode. normally AHCI mode work.
      2. Your HDD format should be NTFS, if fat32 may be it is the problem. If there are no important data i suggest we can try to delete the entire partition and create new partition.

      For now it's no longer DVD, and ISO problem. I think maybe the BIOS configuration or there is a problem with you HDD configuration. It remind me that when this happen to me i wipe all the data, create new partition with NTFS format, and install windows 7 using USB.

    Dear Black ,
    is it possible to request driver for a win8 x64 - HP tm2 1100cto tablet? everything is working fast and stable with win8 and ssd on this machine with hp oem drivers .
    Only frustration is i get a blank ,like disconnected display screen upon boot ,right after win8 logo. In fact , i ve been getting this issue eversince i first bought it ,with win7. Searches on google led me to believe it has something to do with intel driver. Could it be?

      Download this 2 original 64-bit driver:

      First, right click on intel driver, select PROPERTIES - COMPATIBILITY -select windows 7

      Install and after that install ATI Driver using the same metjod, set to windows 7 - reboot

      If you unable to boot into windows, shut down, press start button and when the logo screen appear press F8 repeatedly until a black screen with safe mode options available.
      Boot into safe mode and install the drivers

    Thanks for answering promptly Black.

    I ve tried those already but as i mentioned , im getting a disconnected black screen on boot and then the OS loads with no other issues. This occurs both in win7 and 8. Dunno if its driver or hardware related though.
    Contacted HP support by phone and said that its not a real problem ... :(
    Any ideas ?

      Well, there are lots of thing to consider,try run diagnostic:
      turn on and the press F2 repeatedly until Hp diagnostic screen appear, then run the test.

      I personally think this problem cause by the HDD, or graphic (glitch/bug).

      since it is a rare case, so i think the problems is on hardware not the system software.

      If you still want to work around on this problem, HP support forum is the best place to start.

      I run all tests avalaible with F2 option and got no errors . One thing i forgot to mention is that this boot issue only occurs after i install my gpu drivers. Clean boot is ok and smooth.
      Guess i ll have to check some more at HP forum.

      For USB, there are 3 drivers available, so you need to test which will work for you. (because HP put different USB slot in this model).

      Fresco Logic USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
      Version:3.3.44.0, 5.48M
      Download

      Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
      Version:2.1.19.0, 8.07M
      Download

      NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
      Version:2.0.32.0, 7.0M
      Download

      Similarly for bluetooth, there are 3 applicable driver so you must choose and try which work for you. after that install HP software Bluetooth and integrated technology.

      To use internet phone on your laptop, I am writing the guide right now and I'll post when finish. For now i will not leave you empty. You can simply go to Applications > Settings Settings Shortcut > More > Tethering and portable hotspot. Turn on the hotspot.

      On SSID name it as samsungwifi (or any name you want). Security select WPA2 PSK and in the password write 8 character of your choice.

      There are 3 possible graphics for V6000 model which is nvidia geforce go 6150, nvidia geforce go 7200 and intel 945GM graphic, If you know which one do let me know. If you didn't know, get me the hardware ID by click start- type DEVMGMT.MSC and press enter. A device manager will appear and look for graphic adapter, expand the > sign you will have standard VGA. Right click on standard VGA and select update PROPERTIES. Then select details. On the drop down menu select HARDWARE ID and post the code here.

      Your model use Nvidia Geforce go 6200, so download thgis driver from sony first:

      reboot.

      If the display still the same, download and install this display driver update:
      update download link
      reboot.

      If the display problem not solved with the update,

      1.Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.

      2.In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.

      3.There, there are slider to change the resolution, try with different resolution available and see the result, normally 13.3inch laptop native resolution is 1366 x 768.
      4.Click Apply to have the new resolution take effect.

      5.If the Monitor Settings dialog box appears, look at your display. If you like the new resolution, click Yes. If you do not like the resolution, click No, and return to step 3 to try a different resolution.

      it seems that sony ship this model with different specs because the VGA (video) driver is the official driver release from sony. So now we need to identify the hardware first so that i can locate the right driver. Let's start with Ethernet controller.       1.Ethernet download the driver from Intel site here:

      2. Mass storage controller is texas instrument card reader:

      3. Network Controller is Intel Pro 2200BG, download it from intel site: Download page

      4. PCI device: It is Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture also known as MS-UAA. This patch required before audio driver installation. Now you need to uninstall the audio drivers and post the hardware ID for the audio. Go to device manager and look for audio controller, right click and select uninstall. Right click again anywhere and select scan for hardware change. You will see audio controller marked with yellow added to the list.

      5. lastly the Video controller. If you already install the file i give earlier (NVDVID-00825414) you don;t need to install it again. Ignore the error. Now:
      -Open device manager, look for Video Controller (VGA Compatible) marked with yellow.
      -Right lcick and select update driver.
      - Select No to connect.
      -Select ADVANCE.
      -Select Don't search I will choose the driver to install.
      -Select Have Disk - Browse.
      -Point to C:\Update\VDVID-00825414 and select NVSZ.inf, ignore if it complaint (continue)and reboot after installation.

      Don't worry if your are not familiar with this stuff. But the thing that i notice you have MS_MMACM and MS_MMDRV, which most of the time cause by incomplete windows installation. If you can reinstall windows (re-format your laptop) it would be great, so we can start with clean windows.

      Hi ruhul, the easiest way too get the driver for the video controller is by using windows update.

      But if you want to download and installthe driver form Toshiba, you need to specify the laptop series and model no, for example Equium A series PSAG6E. For now you can try the driver from windows update or use this driver for Equium A series:

      For the USB, you doesn't need one because Windows will automatically install the USB driver. In case you have USB 3.0 you will need it, but your model comes out before USB 3.0 is available on the market so I believe you are talking about USB 2.0 driver.     Ok. Been reading the posts just now, looking for anything that might solve my audio problem, which is I have no audio.
    specs: HP Pavilion zv6201cl w/ AMD Athalon 3200, came with XP pro home; I bought it used, did not come with original disks; I installed XP x64, which wiped out all the original 32 bit audio drivers I think; upgraded the RAM to 2 gig recently; everything works now, except no sound goes to the speakers or headphone jack, Windows Media Player plays both audio and video, but no sound makes it to the speakers (Altec Lansing); if I run a Linux live CD (Fat Dog), then the sound will play through the speakers and headphones; also, IR port does not work, but I have read that XP x64 does not support IR, and I don't really need it at present anyway.
    Any help getting audio to work in this laptop with XP x64 appreciated, or if it cannot work please advise and I will either look to upgrade to at least Windows 7 or just make this a Linux machine.
