    inform back the progress, if didn't work we need to use ati mobility modder.

    First make sure you run windows automatic updates, after that download the driver i give above and install.

    1. Remember that for each installation right click and select run as administrator.

    syncmaster 793s is the monitor model and not the cpu, drivers are base on cpu, ok a very quick way help me to get your driver is:

    1. Open device manager:
    -click START and select RUN -type DEVMGMT.MSC and press enter. A device manager will open.

    2. Yellow Devices:
    -there(on the device manager) you will see many devices listed and some of them mark with yellow. The yellow mark indicate the drivers not yet installed (yellow question mark or exclamation mark.

    3. Hardware ID:
    -for each devices you need to get the hardware ID.
    -each device may present 1 or more hardwarfe ID.

    4. to get the hardware ID:
    right click on the device with yellow mark (any) - select PROPERTIES - when a windows open select DETAILS tab (on the top) - you will see a dropdown menu - click on the dropdown menu and select hardware ID.

    note: you can't highlight the hardware ID code by using mouse and select copy. highlight it and press CTRL +C to copy.

    5. Get the harware ID for the rest of the devices. post it here.

    i have installed the nvidia geforce 8400MG driver, but when i run that program it says i dont have graphic card.
    what should i do?
    for your info, i have just upgrade my lappy to Win7 Ultimate and this problem occurs.
    However things run smoothly for my vista home version that i used before this.
    Have any idea?

    look at the graphic/display adapter, if it state it is standard VGA, right click on it select PROPERTIES, select DETAILS and on the dropdown menu select hardware ID. post the harware ID here

    for each installation you need to install in compatibility mode, after finish download the drivers.
    1. right click on the file select PROPERTIES.
    2. Select COMPATIBILITIES.
    3. tick on the box "run this program in compatibility mode for" choose windows XP SP2/SP3 (any windows XP).


    There are 2 applicable wireles which is intel and ATI

    I think your model use intel

    hI HAZIM,

    make sure you extract the driver you downloaded using winrar(it easier). right click on the LBP2900_R113_V310_Win_x64_EN_7.exe and select extract file. Then press ok, you will get LBP2900_R113_V310_Win_x64_EN_7 folder.

    In the folder run setup.exe.

    if not work, right click on setup.exe - properties -compatibility - tick the box "run this program in compatibility mode for" select windows vista.
    right click again and select run as admin.

    1.If still failed, plug your printer USB. open device manager.
    2. In device manager look for printing and imaging device, you will see the printer device (normally with yellow mark).
    3. right click on it and select update driver.
    select browse my computer for device driver software (2nd option)
    4. Select let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
    5. Select have disk and browse to the LBP2900_R113_V310_Win_x64_EN_7 folder - driver - and choose CNAB4STD.INF and press ok.
    6. continue with on screen instructions.

    To install win xp using flash drive, i believe many website have discussed using PE software, and i guess you are looking for the other simple method to install it using USB (may be not, im just guessing),
    So, i have another software that easier than PE, but i have to test it first before i post (because i never use it), and need some time for editing, ill post after im done testing it

    Hi hazim, have you test it with windows vista driver? (bluetooth 6837D version 6.40.0.1).

    If you want to perform direct install, i recomend right click on the driver setup file and select prorperties, change comaptibility for windows vista.

    You can also update it via device manager or get the hardware ID and pot it here

    I do have windows 7 installed on the mt3707. The audio didnt work right away, I used the Sigmatel High Definition Audio 6.10.5337.0 driver and it appears to work. Wireless driver I use (and seems to work) is Realtek 8185 extensible 802.11b/g wireless device version 6.1123.226.2010

    Those are the drivers according to my Device Manager. I think it has issues because watching youtube videos i start to hear a pop and cracking noise in the speakers even on low volume. THANKYOU for the prasario c770us drivers!

    regarding your Broadband problems.
    Open device manager, Right click on simple PCI sommunication and select PROPERTIES. then select DETAILS, on the DROPP DOWN menu select HARDWARE ID. Copy the hardware ID and post it here.

    Im checking the drivers right now and will pst it when i find the compatible drivers since sony only provide with XP drivers for the model.

    But the fastest way to get your drivers is by providing me the HARDWARE ID.

    OK to get your hardware ID just follow this instruction here:

    Just get the hardware ID for the devices mark with YELLOW. But you can also wait if you choose not to post the hardware ID.

    For nvidia mcp67m use the vista driver:
    Chipset nVIDIA MCP67M - nForce 360M / geForce 7150M

    FIRST FOR THE CHIPSET:
    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp37501-38000/sp37873.exe

    Download and:

    A. Compatibility install:
    1. click on the sp37873.exe and select properties.
    2. Select compatibility.
    3. Select "run this program in compatibility mode for" select windows vista.
    4. Apply and close.
    5. Right click again and select run as admin and continue with on screen instruction.

    If failed go to method B.

    B: Manual Installation
    1. Click start and on the search box type DEVMGMT.MSC and press enter.
    2. There you will see the following devices mark with yellow:
    SM Bus controller
    Co-processor controller
    Ethernet controller
    3. right click on SM bus of them and select update driver.
    4. Select Browse my computer for device driver software.
    5. The select browse and point to c:\swsetup\sp37873 and click next.

    do the same for the rest 2 devices.
    report back the progress.

    SECOND FOR THE GRAPHIC:

    Download:

    Install using the same method installing chipset.

    p/s: in device manager the graphic will show under graphic adapter: standard VGA

    intel d865perl i belive is a mainboard for desktop, Since it is Intel product it requires license and agreement, believe that Intel wont allow me to post mirror, so to get your drivers go to this page:

    You need to download 5 drivers which is:
    1. Chipset: INF Update Utility for 848, 865, 875, 910, 915, 925 Chipset-Based Intel Desktop Boards

    4. SATA RAID: Intel Application Accelerator

    For your graphics, there are 2 applicable graphic which is INTEl and AMD so choose base on your specs, If you didn,t know which one to install try each of the driver and see which work, installing wrong driver will not harm your system, you'll only receive an error.

    For intel you have to install 2 drivers;
    1 download: Compaq
    Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Graphics Driver
    2 download : Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver

    For AMD:
    Download: AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver

    WEBCAM:
    for webcam there are no official release for the driver softwware but you amy try this:

    1. Enable Windows Audio Service. (This should be already enabled in 2003 Standard Edition). For other versions:

    Go to Start/Run and type "services.msc" then hit the 'Enter' key (or click 'ok') .The Services window will appear. Scroll down until you find "Windows Audio" towards the bottom of the list. Double click on it and change the Startup type to Automatic, then click Start, Apply, and OK.

    2. Download and install the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 KB901105 update from this Microsoft page:

    3. Restart.

    4. Install the audio driver for Windows XP. If you still have trouble installing it use WinXP compatibility mode.

    5. Adjust DirectX hardware acceleration:

    The notebook originally came in with Vista but I am looking to downgrade it to XP as it is faster.

    do you have any idea what i need to do when my usb controller does not work properly after installing win7, i have only usb1 speed, and one of the controllers is listed as not installed in device manager? there does not seem to be any drivers around...

    Need base system driver (which controls ethernet driver) for Compaq presario V3000 running win xp pro. HP site absolutely bloody useless, without internet can't update system drivers overall. Thanks in advance if you can help

    Base system device including the ethernet driver all pack in the chipset driver, you model V3000 series use nvidia chipset driver.

    Download this driver:

    extract it using winrar.

    Now to install it:
    1. Open device manager.
    2. Right click on network controller and select update driver.
    3. No to connect and select ADVANCE.
    4. click browse and pont to the extracted folder.
    5. continue with on screen installation.
