What you should do when your bluetoth device that prviously worked and suddenly stop working,?and when you try to connect it failed to connect. Device manager display your bluetooth device as "other bluetooth device (means an unknown device), and when you remove/hide - the device keeps come back upon restart.
How to completely remove it so you can start fresh?
1. Download Bluetooth Tool from this website:
http://bluetoothinstaller.com/bluetooth-command-line-tools/
2. Install the software, and if make sure to tick "Add Bluetooth Command Line Tools directory to path" during installtion.
3. Now put your device that isn't working in pairing mode.
4. Open powershell by right click on start (Windows Logo on bottom left) and select Powershell.
5. Type in
(Warning: This command will unpair all paired devices)
6. Windows will ask if you want to pair your devices. Click on yes and your Bluetooth device should be working again.
