Disable sleep, straight to hibernate.
Sleep mode is the problem that cause the blank screen. Instead of using sleep, just bypass it and have your computer go straight to hibernate.
1. Right click on start and select control panel.
2. Select System and Security - Power Options. Click on Change Plan settings.
3. Select never for all 4 options.
4. To turn on hibernate, open command prompt as admin by right click on start and select command promt(admin).
5. Type
powerconfig /h onthen press enter. (You can turn hibernate off by typing powercfg /h off).
