      Hi,
      First of all make sure you run Windows Automatic updates to check if Windows have have updates for your audio.

      Second, Panasonic only provide Windows Vista drivers, normally it will work on Windows 7 by direct installation or install it in compatibility mode for Windows Vista, you can download the drivers here:
      http://business.panasonic.com/support-computerstablets-downloads-searchdownloads

      Finally, your model uses Sigmatel Stac Audio Drivers, which is hard to find the latest Windows 7 drivers. So what I normally do is modified the original Windows XP or Vista drivers to make it compatible for Windows 7. To do that I need you to get the hardware ID for the audio.       You need to download The WIndows Vista driver and install it in Windows 7. Before Installation, set the compatibility to Windows Vista:

      I'm still having issue with that panasonic. Now the Hot keys aren't working. Should I download the driver in Compatibility mode as well?

      You need to download the hotkey application and hotkey driver file ( you will find 3 files for hotkey in panasonic website, just choose 2). Then extract both driver and application using winrar. Open application folder and install it. Then open device manager, look for devices marked with yellow (unknown device). right click on it and select update driver, no to internet connection, on the next screen browse and locate the folder for the hotkey driver folder we extracted earlier.

    I have a Compaq Presario v5000, with XP PRO on it. downloaded all the possible audio drivers you suggested; followed you install instructions to the letter. When extracted, none of those files have an "autorun info" sub file in them. What can I do ? Please Help ?

      the inf file name differ form one driver to another, sometimes they are located within the subfolder.

    I have HP Laptop model: HP DV6 6016TX with win8 Pro 64 bit version. my Bluetooth is not working. i have download software from ur website. but still not working. I try to uninstall driver and install in again bt its not working. Kindly Help

      There are actually 2 type of bluetooth for this model, broadcom and atheros. The bluetooth depend on your wireless, if you are using atheros wireless you need atheros bluetooth.
      Let me know your wiereless, atheros or broadcom.
